11/03/2026 - SourceAlpha 4.7 Roadmap Update: Status Committed
The following features have officially moved to Committed status for the 4.7 release. Note that while most 4.7 cards are locked in, the Nyx Missions (Pack 2) are now scheduled for a later date.Core Systems & Features
- Inventory Rework: A foundational overhaul of how items are managed.
- Crafting T0: The first iteration of the crafting system enters the Verse.
- Character Customization: New hairstyles and a variety of Faction Outfits (Claw Salamanders).
- Armor & Protection: Integration of both Light and Heavy Combat Armor suites.
Weaponry & Art Refactor
- MaxOx Neutron Cannon (Size 3): Originally seen in Arena Commander 4.6, the NN-15 Cannon is now being implemented for the Persistent Universe.
- FPS Weapons Art Refactor: A massive visual overhaul for the game's arsenal. Visual materials and textures have been updated for:
- Behring: BR-2, GP-33, P8-AR, P8-SC, S-38
- Gemini: A03, C54, LH86, R97, S71
- Klaus & Werner: Arclight, Arrowhead, Demeco, Gallant, Lumin
- LBC & Others: Yubarev, Atzkav, Karna, and the APX Fire Extinguisher.
Locations & Infrastructure
- QV Breaker Stations: Found within the Keeger Belt, these stations facilitate "Operation-type" content. Players can now access specific mining rights contracts (Exclusive or Shared).
- People’s Service Stations: New social hubs located in Nyx. Managed by the People’s Alliance, these stations provide essential restock, rearm, and refueling services for deep-space pilots.
Vehicles & Logistics
- Wikelo’s Ship Offerings (4.7.0): The RSI Apollo Triage arrives at Wikelo’s Emporium. This version features upgraded components and a unique base livery, unlockable via specific Wikelo contracts.
